PERMANENT CAMPSITES

(SEASONAL MEMBERSHIPS)

DEPOSITS

SITE DEPOSIT: A $600.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a site for Spring. (Deposit money will be deposited in our account between October 1st and October 15th)

ELECTRIC DEPOSIT: A $95.00 deposit, due Spring, for electric (made out to Gravel Ponds) is required, and the balance due for the electric used during the season will be billed at the end of the season. The $95.00 deposit will be on your spring invoice and should be paid with your final spring site payment (Prior to Opening Day-May 1).

GATE CARD DEPOSIT: A $10.00 deposit for each gate card is required – 2 Per Site.

SOD REPLACEMENT: Anyone placing a deck or platform, on or after October 1, 2017, on Gravel Ponds property will be required to pay a 100% “refundable” deposit for the sod replacement. To be refunded your deposit, the site must be converted back to its original condition. In addition, it must be approved by management before receiving your deposit.

GUEST PASSES

If a member wishes to bring a guest to Gravel Ponds, the guest must have a guest pass. ALL family & guests 17 years & older without a membership need a guest pass.

Rates are subject to change for holidays and special events.

Discounts for members

If a member wishes to bring a guest to Gravel Ponds, the guest must have a guest pass. ALL family & guests 18 years & older without a membership need a guest pass.

• Electric sites: $10/night, $25/night for 4th-7th night.
• Non-Electric:Free for the first three nights. $15/night for the 4th-7th night.
• Members can camp up to 14 nights in the park at a time.
• You can camp every week throughout the season for these low rates.
