PERMANENT CAMPSITES

(SEASONAL MEMBERSHIPS)

DEPOSITS

SITE DEPOSIT: A $600.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a site for Spring. (Deposit money will be deposited in our account between October 1st and October 15th)

ELECTRIC DEPOSIT: A $95.00 electric deposit will be on your spring invoice (to be paid to Gravel Ponds). This deposit is required with your final spring payment (prior to opening day-May 1) and will be put towards the end of the season electric invoice. Electric will be invoiced monthly during the season and must be paid within 30 days, paid to: Gravel Ponds.

GATE CARD DEPOSIT: A $10.00 deposit for each gate card is required – 2 Per Site.

SOD REPLACEMENT DEPOSIT: Anyone placing a shed, deck or platform, on or after October 1, 2017, on Gravel Ponds property will be required to pay a 100% “refundable” deposit for the sod replacement. To be refunded your deposit, the site must be converted back to its original condition. In addition, it must be approved by management before receiving your deposit.

GUEST PASSES

If a member wishes to bring a guest to Gravel Ponds, the guest must have a guest pass. ALL family & guests 17 years & older without a membership need a guest pass.

Rates are subject to change for holidays and special events.

NOTE: Guest passes must be purchased, by members only and placed in the guest pass box located on the store porch before their entrance. For more information about GUEST PASSES, see our RULES & REGULATIONS

DISCOUNTS FOR REGULAR MEMBER DAILY CAMPING

If a member wishes to bring a guest to Gravel Ponds, the guest must have a guest pass. ALL family & guests 18 years & older without a membership need a guest pass.

• Electric sites: $12/night for 1st.-7th. night, $28/night for 8th-14th night.
• Non-Electric: Free 1st.-3rd. night. $15/night for the 4th-7th night. Free 8th-10th Night. $15/Night 11th-14th Night
• Members Can Camp Up to 14 Nights Per Stay..
• You can camp every week throughout the season for these low rates.
